Greyhound-L
The
Greyhound-l is a mailing list devoted to the Greyhound breed. We prefer
to remain non-denominational, and we welcome all Greyhound owners, breeders,
exhibitors, rescue and adoption groups, racers or anyone with an interest
in the Greyhound breed. Our primary goal is to act as a support resource
for new adopters and owners. Our secondary goal is to help facilitate
the placement of Greyhounds into homes....to this end, we encourage
adoption groups and the Greyhound Underground Railroad (GUR) to use
us as a networking tool. Our third goal is to provide a place where
people can share information on medical, behavioral, performance and
care issues. Lastly, we are here to bring the "greater" Greyhound world
together - to create a sense of community - to educate - to share our
joys and sorrows. The Greyhound-L list owners are Ellen
Schneiderman and Lynda Adame. To subscribe, visit http://www.greyhoundlist.org.
Circle
of Grey
Circle
of Grey is a place for greyhound owners to seek solace and support
during times of illness and grief.
Grey
Talk
Greytalk
has been on the internet since August of 2000. The community represents
a rich and varied diversity with members from many countries throughout
the globe.
Greytalk exists
to provide people with a unique, fun and informative place to discuss
the many facets of owning retired racing greyhounds. Although Greytalk
is geared primarily toward racing greyhounds, we welcome owners of all
breeds and, in fact, have many members who do not own retired racers.
Here you will find
forums with topics ranging from health and medical issues to training
and behavior and food and dietary. There are also "Off Topic" forums,
just for fun, with topics ranging from jokes and human interest stories
to personal triumphs and tragedies.
